Our facilitation practice is built on meeting our clients’ objectives by designing and running high quality away days and workshops that are met with extremely positive reactions from our clients. We always bear in mind that the biggest cost of a facilitated event is the attendees’ time; so making sure that this is well spent is critical to us.

Every event is different, whether it is a short session to progress a particular issue, or a programme of events to build business plans, develop relationships, or establish a new partnership. We are equally happy working with eight people or eighty.

What can I expect from a facilitated event?

We work with you before the session to understand your needs and business context so that we can design an engaging and productive event. We produce a programme for you to check and then, once you are happy, prepare a detailed facilitation plan. Using techniques proven to create a safe and highly productive environment, we are proud of the amount of work that we can achieve with your team even in half a day. We produce a report and action plan quickly after the event, so as to maintain the momentum created on the day.

Examples of recent events include:

  • A one day programme to enhance staff engagement to improve delivery of business critical objectives;
  • A series of half day workshops for a leadership team to reflect on the current position of a service, to develop a new vision, and an action plan to achieve it;
  • An awayday for seventy staff members to improve their ways of working and enhance inter-personal relationships.
